In order for us to provide the service, we require that you supply us material (company logo or specific artwork) within 7 days of the commencement of this agreement unless otherwise specified. We agree not to invoice you for your printed advertising until the Magazine is printed and in the course of distribution. On Line advertising with the Magazine is payable immediately upon agreement as service delivery is deemed to have been completed at that point.
